VW Karmann Ghia Coupe Original RHD 1963
A 1963 Karmann Ghia RHD Coupe still featuring many of its original enhanced features are few and far between. The VW Birth Certificate confirms that this Ghia was manufactured on the 12 September 1963 and is a matching numbers car, which shows it still has the original 1200cc engine. An original RHD it was delivered to Ramsgate on the 16th September and still features the factory supplied interior, seats, door panels, etc. The exterior and engine bay has had a bare metal respray in its original colours of Anthracite L469 with Pearl White roof L87. ahh The 1200cc engine has been recommissioned with new seals, gaskets, etc. and the brake system has been renewed using original German parts. New exhaust fitted along with stainless steel tips. The 6v system has been upgraded to 12v and the dynamo has been replaced with an alternator. New white wall tyres have been fitted. Our aim was to recommission this Karmann Ghia retaining as much of the original features and patina as possible whilst maintaining safety and reliability for the next fifty years of motoring in this design classic. £26,750

VW Karmann Ghia 1969 LHD Coupe
Just in from California is this rust free 69 coupe. The nose has never been hit and no welding is needed. I purchased and drove it from Palm Springs to LA in 103 degree heat and it never missed a beat. Original 1960's colour in Chrome Blue which has had one darker blue coat over it which is peeling off now, great patina. Drive 'as is' or restore. UK registered, ready to go. £17,500
